does sleep training really exist? is it achievable at 7 weeks? i try to set routines but they don't normally work and i'm playing things by ear.

Sleep diary: the routine is important foreffective sleep hygiene. Try early to bed, early to rise PLUS, white sounds, aromatherpay, massage therapy, no TV for 2 hours before bedtime and meditation/relaxation.
