This morning i when i woke up i had neck pain and pain in my right eye, after that i have blurred vision from my riht eye. No Pain at all now.

See details: Have it evaluated ASAP by an ophthalmologist or your family doctor. If none are available go to the ER. Some causes of blurred vision can be serious.
