i do exercise just before i sleep bcz its the only time ican do it,, but people telling me that its bad and you wont get any benefits is this true ?

Not true. Ur exerc-: -ise is still as good as in mid day or AM. After exercise Ur muscles need time 2 recover, & what a good way 2 rest them. Some people have trouble sleeping after late exercise, but if U have no problem, no problem.
