last yr i started to bleed a lot and they told me that my fallopian tube is dilated and has liquid inside can i still get pregnant? i have 3 kids

Fallopian tube: It is likely best to ask your OB/GYN. Were they able to tell you what the fluid was? If the ultrasound was done last year you might want to have it repeated. Generally if the tube is open or patent you are able to pass an egg that can be fertilized.
