High metabolism?: You are a young 31 year old female. If your thyroid hormones are normal, you are not anemic, you should not be tired a lot. But if your schedule is hectic and you have some stress in your life you will be tired. Eat a balanced diet, low in carbohydrate, lots of vegetables, and protein, less red meat, exercise daily, and don"t overwork yourself. Avoid stress and get 8 hrs of sleep each night.
