Get checked: I would first assess your cranial joints (frontal sinus, TM joints, and occiput, as well as the associated muscles, and ears for presence of toxins, pathogens, allergens. Neck pain and back of head pain suggests infection at the occiput. Dizziness suggests issue with the ears
