It could be.: You need to check for the LH surge. If you are doing an IVF cycle you will adminster an HCG shot which will mimic LH and cause ovulation,. If you are on antagon therapy this will stop the natural LH surge for the most part but it is not entirely failsafe. Some of the follicles may undergo atresia but you may have other viable follicles that can take over so all hope is not lost.
