been having right shoulder and neck pain along with a tickle deep in my throat causing a dry cough. bending over i can feel a pulse in my neck & head?

Uncertain could be: Uncertain where it comes from. Consider neck evaluation to see if there is nerve compression. The throat irritation could be vagus nerve compression. The pulse could be from the neck to the inner ear . You will need an evaluation, history and physical, studies of the neck and the brain depending on what your evaluation shows. There may be a simple solution but will depend on you data.
