occasiobal sex, condom. after 1 hr irregular urination. after 24h 37,53c. waterish diarrhea, but since a week. for 7-8 days can't go to the doc. std?

Here are some ...: The Q is not quite clear in its points to ask. But, clinically, you should see Doc ASAP & don't wait until severely dehydrated; so keep hydrated with fluid agreeable with you & avoid those bothering you. Before seeing Doc, collect & bring the information on the onset, degree, duration, progress, etc. of the symptoms over time to Doc for analysis, physical exam, possible tests so to find Dx for Rx.
