sharp pains in back right side of head randomly there sharp and stabbing could thru be a brain abcess or brain tumor? or nothing serious?

Probably no but: In someone as young as you, neither a brain abscess or tumor is very likely. More likely is a migraine, nerve impingement, or some other benign cause of headache. That being said, it would be a good idea to see your doctor to get examined and imaging if necessary. Hope this helps!
