i'm having severe back pain, nausea, burning urination, fatigue , sweats, and i just feel really horrible. should i go to the er or urgent care center?

May have UTI: Your symptoms may derive from a urinary infection. Urinary infections can ascend within 3-4 days and infect kidneys. Back pain and nausea may indicate an ascending infection. I recommend you be seen, yes.
