Suffering from cough and cold and i can see blood in my sputum. is it due to long cough in me or there is something else. ?

Blood in sputum: If it is streaks of blood and not clots, likely from coughing irritation. If it is clot/large amount of blood(teasppon pure blood) it is significant and you should seek immediate medical attention ( TB, cancer, blood clot).
If coughing > 1 week with no improvement especially if smoker, > 40 , fever, allergies,shortness of breath, asthma, need attention. Followup with doctor /urgent care
