I have a problem staying asleep. i tried meditation, exercise, anti psychotic. should i peruse benzodiazepam? weed or alcohol? im exhausted!

NO!: Benzodiazepines are addictive and will worsen your sleep pattern in the long run. Weed will not help you sleep and could absolutely worsen your OCD. Alcohol disrupts sleep as well. (After that initial period that you "pass out" which is not restful sleep anyway) One natural sleep aid is to eat foods with tryptophan. Turkey and milk before bed. Melatonin is safe.
