will eating many fruits in a day cause diabetes or high blood sugar? (20 blueberries ,10 grapes pieces, 1 tomato,1 orange and 1 apple)

Dr. Aaron Pardini
Specializes in Endocrinology
Food and diabetes : Using our current knowledge of how patients become diabetic there is currently no evidence that certain foods cause diabetes. Since the risk of type 2 diabetes tends to increase with increasing weight changes in diet to either prevent weight gain or to help people to loss weight if they are overweight or obese can be very effective on preventing diabetes
