There's massage, there's chiropractic, there's Physical Therapy, there's Yoga, there's Cranio-Sacral Therapy, there's acupuncture,there's the internet and tons of info,there's my grandmother (whose pretty good at cranking my bones), there's even BOTOX, for God's sake!--well, you get my point...dig deeper, don't give up and find SOMETHING that suits you instead of benzos
