can you tell me about post surgical wound bled a little bit 5 days after surgery?

Probably ok: Occasionally a small amount of blood may be seen on a surgical wound a few days after surgery. Usually this is of no concern unless there is a large separation of the wound. See you surgeon to rule out a wound infection though.
