Get exam ASAP: You didn't mention her age or how she fell, but in any case she needs to be examined ASAP. She could have fracture, nerve or muscle damage or dislocation

Nerve trap: if she doesnt have any sensation in the area then she should be evaluated by a physician/neurologist for possible entrapment of a nerve after the injury.
