Hi, can wrist curls be good for elbow tendonitus?

Wrist curls: Wrist curls could aggravate tendinitis, if done with weights that are straining. Easy motion of wrists and hands and elbows are essential to assuage tendinitis and stiffness. Doing range of motion exercise is good. Ice is good. Using weights - potentially aggravating.
