What vitamins should I take? I'm 24 and currently take vit D3 mixed with magnesium and calcium, executive B stress formula. Should I add vit C??

Vitamins: I would say that the best source of vitamins and minerals would be via foods especially from the nature, i.e., sunshine, low fat dairy, fruits & veggies!
