GitOnYerHoarseAndGo!: With them kinda symptoms, m'am, you need ta git on yer horse (hoarse?) and make it to the nearest doc in town. With that chokin' and all kinda nerve stuff you really should see someone sooner than later. It wouldn't be too fruitful to hypothesize in this little 400-character box.
