PUBERTY: The young teenager starts to be conscious of changes of puberty like breast growing, pubic and axillary hair and menarche. She starts acting lady-like, getting more matured in thought and actions.

Puberty: Her body is changing and she is increasingly aware of her body and how others perceive her, she is curious about her menstrual periods and concerned about whether her physical changes are normal. She is developing sexual thoughts and desires and needs info about her feelings and responses in a non-judgemental open fashion. Curiousity is mixed with desire and insecurity.
