Hi I have braces I went to the dentist with tooth pain he said I have no cavities my tooth is still sore when biting anything and I have earache now. ?

Referred pain: With the braces, your teeth are moving all the time, especially closer to your orthodontic visits/adjustments. Unfortunately, the nerves that innervate especially the upper teeth also travel toward and help innervate your inner ears. So if your teeth are moving and irritating those nerves, it doesn't surprise me that are now also feeling pain in your ear(s). Keep up with ibuprofen or naproxen!!
