See physician: Sounds like upper respiratory infection which can be viral or bacterial. bronchitis or pneumonia. Most commonly viral subsides with time in days to weeks.High fever leans more toward bacterial. Lump in neck probably reactive node. With difficulty breathing and chest tightness should consult physician for physical exam, possibly blood tests, and imaging exam.
