got pregnency test positive on august 16th. july 21st last menstural cycle. today august 20th noticed slight spotting. any chance of misscarraige??

Unlikely: Chances of miscarriage in first trimester is high, but spotting early is also common and does not mean miscarriage. If you have large amount of bleeding - it would likely be miscarriage.
