Mixed symptoms: These symptoms may not necessary be related. See an otolaryngologist for your throat. He/she may use a scope to evaluate your vocal cords thoroughly. Fatigue has multiple potential causes including anemia, diabetes, hypothyroidism, sleep apnea, autoimmune disorders, chronic infections, neoplasia, etc. You should have an evaluation with an internist.
