i always have pain in tge right kidney is it because i do not drink water?

Probably muscle: Kidneys rarely cause pain unless there is a serious problem, in which you would feel sick in other ways too. Usually, what feels to you like kidney pain is really a muscle pain that should clear on its own. Does it change with movement or bending, or with meals? It's always good to drink enough fluids, so I agree with you there. If the pain continues, then do see your doctor. Hope that helps.

Kidney prolapse: Sometimes anatomically the kidney can be off by just a few centimeters causing significant pain although the etiology of the pain is not known but at least you will know why
