Wrong Forum: You are asking a question that would take a text book to answer. That is impossible here. You cannot eat your way to big muscles. You cannot change your genetics much as far as the shape of your body or the size of your muscles. Get a good trainer or get a good exercise guidebook. The most important truth to remember is that you have to exercise to build muscle.
