Skin infection: You must be examined, cultured and treated with broad spectrum skin antibiotics: although this "sounds" likke a bacterial infection called impetigo ( pustular crusting skin lesions) - this cannot possibly be diagnosed online: call for an appointment for an exam in the morning or ASAP.

Skin infection: Sounds like skin infection with acne - Do not "pop" bumps on your face. The bacteria from your hands and on your skin can cause secondary infection when you break the skin. You need to get a good face wash - probably benzoyl peroxide based - and gently wash your face. You may also want to see your PCP as well for a full skin check
