10 weeks pregnant, bp-80/50, nothing can eat, vertigo and vomiting, hot head & forehead, how to get eating back? please sugest some medicine!

Go to a Hospital: It appears that you have not eaten much for some time. It i best to get evaluated for dehydration in a hospital setting so they can give you Intravenous fluids. They can give you medications like Zofran (ondansetron) and Diclegis to help with nausea and vomiting, which you can safely take at home as well. Good Luck.

See your OB: It is not safe form you or your baby to just try any medication. You should be followed and treated by an OB. You should consult yours for possible treatment.
