Nonspecific symptoms: Your symptoms are nonspecific, I would follow up with your doctor who knows your trends of blood pressure and be able to tell you if this is abnormal for you. Take time when moving from laying down to sitting, from sitting to standing so that you don't have a passing out spell due to low blood pressure. Nothing strikes me at this time as to what it could be.

See your doctor: While heart disease would be unusual in a 35 year old woman, family history, cholesterol issues and smoking could put you at risk. Pain like you're describing, with dizziness and blood pressure changes, is a little concerning. It could be due to stomach ulcers/gastritis or other causes. But heart disease is still a concern. Please have this evaluated by your doctor.
