Not related: Hi. No, fatty liver and gingivitis (sore, inflamed gums) are not related. Poor diabetes control can cause both, but you don't indicate diabetes or diabetes meds in your data. Are you overweight? If so, I'd suggest being tested for diabetes; having diabetes and not knowing it DOESN'T protect you from the problems it causes! Good luck!
