None: Cold medications are not recommended for young children less than the age of 6. Treat her symptomatic ally with increased fluids, gentle saline for nasal secretions and lower the temperature in her room to about 70 degrees F with some humidity to help her breath. If she gets a fever or pain or has difficulty feeding or breathing she should see a doctor.

Tissues.: The nose running probably bothers you more than her, and doesn't need medication. Good fluid intake, rest, and call your doctor if any change in behavior like sleeping too long, lethargic, high fevers, short of breath, wheeze, appetite might be low a while, but fluids are all that are essential to get through
