Possible infection: honestly it is hard to tell from your description what is going on. You added the very sweaty group setting and that suggest you have simply a heat rash (the small pin size bumps" to a bacterial or fungal skin infection (the dime size itchy bump). If the rash gets larger, painful or is not resolving on its own over several more days please have it evaluated.

Could be fungal: usually rash that starts around sweaty areas of the body (under the breast, around the groin, etc) are fungal in nature. The medical term is tinea. It is usually itchy as well. You can try over the counter lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream. If you get worse or any concern, then see your private doctor.
