I'm having pain in my upper left and mid abdomen. ab. ultrasound was neg. pain is mostly constant, burning. no other symptoms. 30yr female. any ideas?

Possibilities...: The symptom that you experiencing could be caused by gastritis, inflammation of the stomach, or ulcer disease. I would advise you to see your primary care doctor soon so that he or she can refer you to see a gastroenterologist.
