constant pain for week about 2 inchs above the pubic hair area on right hand side ? can't feels lumps & not tender when pressing . no other symptoms

Adenopathy: I would guess that that is likely a swollen lymph node. If you have had a chronic infection, like in your armpit, that can cause swelling of lymph nodes elsewhere. It is possible your chronic infection may not be staph or maybe not an infection at all. Consider a biopsy of you arm nodes if this is a chronic problem.

Possible cyst: You might have an inflamed or infected cyst in that area. I would see your gynecologist or a dermatologist. Till then warm soaks may help.
