foot pain for 6 months on and off, started wide spread across ball of foot, now situated nearer big toes but on ball of foot. weight bearing hurts?

Morton's neuroma: It is a thickening of the tissues around the nerve in the foot. Typically causes pain in the ball of the foot. Avoidance of high-heeled shoes may help. Have your foot evaluated by a physician for pain that has persisted for a few days - a few months in your case.
