is cassia acutifolia for loosing weight

No: Cassia acutifolia, also known as senna, is often used as a laxative. It does not aid in weight loss, however. Despite everyone's looking for a pill to lose weight, the most proven method is exercise and eating fewer calories. If you need help with that, your family doctor should be able to assist you. Good luck, it is never easy.
