As we all have same brain weight and shape then why some people are clever and intelligent than others?

Intelligence: The weight of the brain has little to do with intelligence. People are just different. Some people are also able to do math better, work on puzzles, compose music, juggle, smell things more effectively, draw pictures, etc.
The secrets behind the brain circuitry of intelligence and talents are not well described.
Albert Einstein's brain was preserved, we learned little from that.

Great Q, but tough: Anyone has potential to be genius. Most are not because of restrcitive thought patterns which tend to be judgemental. this does not allow the brain, and mainly the pitiuitary and pineal glands to release hormones which can allow areas of brain to be used which are usually not. Look at all the great thinkers in human history. They never went with the thought of society, but instead outside of it.
