Possible musculature: issue or even a disc type problem with sitting being 4x body weight across the discs of lower back while standing only 2x body weight load so you may want to be more proactive in tetms of exercising rather than being a couch potato watching TV to build up your core strength to support your lower back-stay trim and never smoke!
