what should i expect after an icd implant?

Some soreness: You will have a prosthetic device in your left upper chest (common location) that you can feel after the bandage is removed -- and you will have a periodic icd clinic with your cardiologist and may be other surveillance tools by phone or online at your cardiologist discretion.
