at my first doctors apt i heard my baby's heart beat with a doppler in my lower abdomen does that mean i'm about 10 weeks pregnant?

12 weeks: Usually you do not hear the HR with an external Doppler until 12 weeks because in most women that's when the uterus is above the pubic bone. That's a rule of thumb though, in some cases esp. if you are very thin you could hear it earlier.
