Very much so: Particularly if it is accompanied by significant anxiety. If the sensation persists over the next few days then I would be more concerned and at least follow up with your primary care physician to make sure nothing more concerning is going on. But based on your age and limited reported medical conditions, you would be low risk for most of the concerning nerve issues that can cause numbness.
