Stop Femara (letrozole): Hello, unusual to read that a 17 year old male is taking Femara. Femara/letrozole is an estrogen inhibitor and used to treat breast cancer in women. It is not approved for use in males. One of its serious side effects is bone fracture. Inhibiting estrogen reduces the strength of bones. I recommend you stop taking Femara and see your doctor right away to discuss. Good luck!
