my period came on week early and it was normal but only lasted 3days(7norm)and now it's off and i'm cramping in my back and left abdominal.

Variant: This is probably a variant of normal. You will find that your periods can change over time or you can have a variety of types of periods - shorter, longer, heavier, lighter, a few days early or late, stop/start, brown, red, clots. All variants of normal.
