Skin reaction: If you were just bitten last evening and have been having this amount of swelling I would contact your primary doctor for additional evaluation. Short term you can take benadryl (diphenhydramine) and use topical antibiotics/steroid creams to help with the inflammation but I would have it looked at by a physician to ensure you do not have a secondary infection/cellulitis.

C Ur PCP now. ..: If red sore fever chills, many B infected, so proper evaluation is needed. As long as U never had any respiratory problems, don't thing U need an Epipen but have 25mg Benadryl (diphenhydramine) with U & take it when bitten, get ice on it & stop what activity U R doing & do as I recommended. Get any toe rings off right away, they usually spread easily, cut off if needed. .
