i am 29 yr old female and have noticed my legs ache from knees down in my bones when on my period. water and ibuprofen don't help. this last all day. ?

Elevate legs: You can also try - if you have the luxury during the day - lying down with legs above the level of your heart. You could also try adding or substituting acetaminophen for ibuprofen.
