i do not believe my body is getting the nutrients it needs. im always tired, dizzy and feeling sick. but im never really hungry. any advice?

See MD: Sounds like you need to see a physician. Depression, anxiety, thyroid disease, anemia, infection and a wealth of other issues can cause symptoms like yours.

Anemia: Young women lose a variable amount of blood with their period.Other nutritional deficiencies like low B12 ,diabetes and low thyroid need to be ruled out. Be sure you are getting 7-9 hours sleep, and not just on weekends. See your primary or GYN for blood work-CBC, BMP, B12,Folate, Liver profile, A1C and thyroid profile

See Dr.: You will need to be checked out and likely need bloodwork to see what is going on. Can be thyroid related, infectious, anemia, etc
