Yes: Urine pregnancy tests generally become positive within about 1 week of conception but hormonal levels vary and sperm live for three days so if you have not had another period in a week I would repeat the test.If you are not trying to become pregnant, use condoms or consult your provider for contraception.Irregular periods can be a sign of many things.I suggest talking to your health care provider.
