i have shooting pains up my left leg, which start from just above the ankle to the knee;and occasionally above left elbow to shoulder. ?

Hard to say: Jeff, front/inside/outside/back of ankle up to knee-elbow up to shoulder? Important as the structures in these areas help us determine what might be wrong. What makes it better/worse?
