Not related: Sounds like you have an anal fissure and now have hemorrhoids. Both of these are ano-rectal issues that may be related to chronic constipation. Bad stomach pains are unlikely related but you should be evaluated to rule out an intestinal obstruction.

It's 2 months suffering from piles i have been to different doctors, using over the counter medication but i don't get any better. Even if i had soft stool or runny stomach its still hurt so now m confused how do i know if m at risk.
